Executive AI Accelerator
Three recurring executive tasks become reliable AI workflows in one week.
Two private 60-minute working sessions using Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or the approved assistant you already have. No workshop to organize, no platform to adopt, and no integration project before you receive value.
One executive · optionally up to two closely related teammates · scheduling begins after purchase
The outcome
Useful AI work the executive can repeat without a consultant sitting beside them.
- Choose the three highest-leverage recurring tasks
- Build the first workflow live in session one
- Refine all three into repeatable saved workflows
- Run and improve them on real work in session two
- Leave with review boundaries and a 30-day usage plan
- Receive seven days of bounded support
§ 01 — What is included
The parts executives usually struggle to piece together are bundled into one small engagement.
§ 02 — How it runs
The executive’s calendar and real responsibilities determine the work.
01 · intake
Bring one repeated task
A short form captures the role, tool, constraints, and one task the executive already needs to complete.
02 · session one
Build the first workflow live
Map the executive's week, choose the three best candidates, configure the approved tool, and complete the first real workflow.
03 · Sprinter setup
Make all three repeatable
Tighten the context, instructions, output formats, review checks, and saved surfaces between calls.
04 · session two
Use, improve, and own them
Run the workflows on real work, correct weak outputs, learn how to adapt them, and define the 30-day cadence.
§ 03 — Workflow anatomy
Every workflow has enough structure to survive the second use.
A prompt that worked once is not an operating asset. The accelerator defines the full repeatable pattern and the human review required around it.
Trigger
When the executive should use it
Inputs
The documents, notes, data, examples, or questions it needs
Context
Role, company, goals, constraints, and source material
Instructions
The sequence the AI should follow
Output
The exact format the executive needs
Review
The facts, judgment, permissions, and decisions a human must check
Saved surface
The Project, GPT, skill, template, or Cowork task used to run it again
§ 04 — Where to start
Start where the executive already spends attention every week.
§ 05 — The guarantee
Three repeatable workflows or another working session free.
The remedy is simple and controlled: when the defined output is not met, Sprinter adds one 60-minute working session for the same executive at no charge.
Where the guarantee stops
- A guaranteed number of hours saved
- A specific amount of revenue or margin created
- Employee replacement or autonomous decision-making
- A custom integration or application inside the $2,500 scope
- Permission to use sensitive information in an unapproved tool
- That every task should use AI
§ 06 — For multi-company owners
Start with one leader. Apply the full $2,500 toward five individual accelerators.
The Portfolio Executive AI Accelerator gives five management-company or operating-company leaders the same private engagement for $10,000. Each leader schedules independently; the sponsor receives an aggregate readout of adoption gaps and opportunities.
FAQ
Questions this pattern has to answer.
Who is the accelerator for?
It is designed for owners, presidents, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, chiefs of staff, operating partners, principals, and other executives whose work includes repeated analysis, communication, meetings, reporting, research, decisions, or delegation. The executive does not need to be technical.
Is this a workshop or course?
No. It is a private working engagement for one executive. Up to two closely related teammates may join when the workflows span their responsibilities, but there is no cohort, curriculum, training event, or participant-management burden.
What should I bring?
Bring one recurring task, real document, report, meeting, decision, or research question. The first session uses that work to identify the three strongest workflow candidates and build the first one live. Sensitive or regulated information should only be used inside a company-approved workspace and under the company's data rules.
Which AI tool do we use?
Claude Cowork and ChatGPT are common starting points, but the accelerator can use Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or another company-approved assistant. Sprinter recommends the simplest surface that can support the executive's actual work. No Sprinter platform is required.
What if I already use AI every day?
That is often a strong fit. The accelerator is not limited to beginners. Experienced users typically need better context, saved projects, delegated Cowork tasks, reusable instructions, review boundaries, and a way to turn one-off success into a repeatable operating habit.
Does Sprinter access my accounts or data?
Not by default. The engagement can be delivered through screen sharing and customer-controlled configuration. Any access, integration, or data handling beyond that requires explicit approval and a separate scope. The standard accelerator is deliberately designed to work without an IT project.
What is the guarantee?
If the engagement does not produce or clearly specify three repeatable workflows for the executive, Sprinter provides one additional 60-minute working session at no charge. The guarantee covers the defined outputs, not a promised amount of savings, revenue, adoption, or headcount reduction.
What happens after the accelerator?
The executive can keep the workflows and stop. When a workflow needs shared context, integration, additional users, governance, or implementation, Sprinter may propose a fixed 30-Day AI Operating Leverage Pilot or route the work to Sprinter Consulting. Nothing is automatic.
Can a family office or PE firm buy several?
Yes. The Portfolio Executive AI Accelerator includes five individually scheduled accelerator seats for $10,000 plus an aggregate sponsor readout. A first $2,500 accelerator is fully credited toward the pack when purchased within 30 days.
Can we pay by invoice or ACH?
Yes. Online checkout is available for speed when configured. Companies with procurement, PO, ACH, vendor-onboarding, or allocation requirements can request an invoice for the same fixed scope.
The first purchase
One executive. Two calls. Three workflows. Nothing else has to be approved first.
Buy online for speed or request an invoice for procurement. After purchase, choose the first-session time and complete the short intake.
Have a fit or procurement question?
Share the role, current AI tool, and one recurring task. Sprinter will answer directly and tell you whether the standard accelerator fits.
