Portfolio Executive AI Accelerator

Give five leaders private AI acceleration without organizing a portfolio workshop.

Each management-company or operating-company executive gets two private sessions and three workflows based on the work they actually own. The sponsor gets an aggregate view of adoption and opportunity patterns — with no common-platform mandate and no employee surveillance.

§ 01 — Why individual sessions

The CEO, CFO, operating partner, and chief of staff do not need the same AI lesson.

01

Role-specific work

Each leader chooses the tasks, reports, meetings, decisions, and communication they actually own instead of sitting through generic examples.

02

Repeatable output

Every accelerator ends with up to three workflows that define inputs, context, instructions, outputs, review, and a saved place to run them again.

03

Portfolio-level learning

The sponsor sees repeated needs and shared opportunities without forcing every company into one tool, policy, implementation, or maturity model.

§ 02 — Allocating the five seats

Start with the people whose recurring work can create visible leverage fastest.

Management company or family office

  • President, COO, or chief of staff
  • CFO, controller, or FP&A leader
  • Principal, investment professional, or deal-team lead
  • Operating partner or portfolio-operations leader
  • Executive assistant or senior operator supporting several leaders

Operating companies

  • CEO or president
  • COO or operations leader
  • CFO, controller, or finance leader
  • Commercial, customer, or revenue leader
  • Functional executive with repeated document, reporting, research, or decision work

§ 03 — The sponsor readout

See what deserves shared support without turning enablement into surveillance.

Common executive workflow categories
Where approved-tool access or configuration is blocking use
Repeated context, data, policy, or review needs
Leaders ready to continue independently
Workflows that need shared setup or implementation
The strongest candidate for a 30-day operating-leverage pilot

Individual work examples and private responses stay with the leader unless the leader and company explicitly approve sharing. The sponsor readout is designed for resource allocation, not employee performance management.

§ 04 — The first-seat credit

One leader can prove the model before the sponsor commits to five.

Purchase one standard accelerator for $2,500. If the sponsor purchases the five-leader pack within 30 days, the entire $2,500 is credited.

Single-executive guarantee

If an accelerator does not produce or clearly specify three repeatable workflows for that executive, Sprinter adds one 60-minute working session for that leader at no additional fee.

FAQ

Questions this pattern has to answer.

What exactly is included?

Five individually scheduled Executive AI Accelerators, each with a short intake, two private 60-minute sessions, up to three repeatable workflows, a personal workflow kit, a 30-day leverage plan, and seven days of bounded support. The sponsor also receives an aggregate 45-minute readout.

Do the five leaders have to attend together?

No. That is the point. Each executive schedules privately and works on the responsibilities they actually own. The pack avoids the logistics and diluted relevance of a portfolio-wide workshop.

Can management-company and portfolio-company leaders be mixed?

Yes. The sponsor can allocate the five seats across the management company, family office, investment team, operating partners, and portfolio-company executives. The leaders do not need the same title or use case.

Does every leader need to use the same AI tool?

No. Each accelerator can use Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or another company-approved assistant. The common method is repeatable executive workflow design, not a mandated portfolio software stack.

What does the sponsor receive?

The sponsor receives aggregate patterns: common adoption barriers, workflow categories, support needs, tool or policy questions, and the opportunities most likely to justify a shared 30-day pilot. The sponsor does not receive a surveillance report on individual participants.

Can we start with one executive?

Yes. Start with the standard $2,500 Executive AI Accelerator. If the sponsor purchases the five-leader pack within 30 days, the full $2,500 is credited toward the $10,000 package.

What happens after the sponsor readout?

Nothing is automatic. Leaders can keep the workflows and stop. When recurring needs appear across several people or companies, Sprinter may propose a fixed 30-Day AI Operating Leverage Pilot, company-level implementation through Sprinter Consulting, or a broader AI Operating Partner relationship.

Can we pay by invoice or allocate the cost across companies?

Yes. Online checkout is available for speed when configured. Firms with procurement, ACH, PO, vendor-onboarding, or allocation requirements can request an invoice and rollout schedule for the same fixed package.

The pack, in one line

Five leaders. Ten private calls. Up to fifteen useful workflows.

No group workshop, new platform, or transformation mandate. Buy online when the fixed package fits or request an invoice and rollout schedule.

Choose the first leader

Share the sponsor, company count, and the leader most ready to improve recurring work with Claude, ChatGPT, or another approved assistant. Sprinter will recommend whether to start with one or schedule the full pack.

Used to prepare and reply. No list purchase, no automated demo funnel.
